Spring Workouts

There will be practice the week of spring break. Look below for your scheduled practice times:


Sprinters- 11 AM Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 1 PM Tuesday, Thursday

Distance- 9 AM Monday through Friday

Jumpers- 9 AM Monday through Friday

Throwers- 10 AM Monday through Friday

Vaulters- 10 AM Monday through Friday

Hurdlers- 1 PM Monday through Friday
